Coral Cove (aka Coral Beach, formerly known as Mariner's Cove) is located in Mornington, opposite the intersection of Coral Road with the Esplanade, on the Eastern side of Port Phillip.

The Esplanade runs along the top of the 20 to 30 metre high sandstone bluffs behind the cove, and there is a continuous foreshore reserve west of the road.

Coral Cove is exposed to strong westerly winds and waves. Best dived or snorkelled with light easterly offshore winds. There is deep water close inshore at high tide.
